Diana Bridger's Fundraising Page

My name is Diana Bridger and I am a member of the Darrell K Royal Research Fund’s Legacy Council.  I am excited to be part of the Legacy Council to help raise awareness and donations for both research and care for Texans to cure Alzheimer’s disease.

I have personally experienced the impact of Alzheimer on patients, caregivers and family members while my grandmother, Jean Simpson, battled the disease. My participation in the Legacy Council is in her memory and I hope others will join me in creating awareness of this tragic disease.

Diana was born, raised and currently lives in Houston, TX. She has a long history of family members who attended the University and grew up going to Longhorn Football games. Diana attended The University of Texas from 2003-2007 and was a cheerleader all four years. She has fond memories of DKR Stadium and especially cheering at the 2005 National Championship game at the Rose Bowl when Vince Young led the team to victory. Diana currently works as a commercial real estate broker for Jones Lang LaSalle. She is married to a Longhorn graduate and former Silver Spur, Elliott, and hopes their son, William (2 years), will one day share his parents' special memories and experiences from UT!
